All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported channels include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and major credit cards.
All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements. Wagering must be completed within the stated expiry window before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using the Pohon4D platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all of its terms. Each Member is permitted to holdone (1) registered account only. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including Real Money Balances, pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Pohon4D reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. Pohon4D will never request your password by any channel including email, live chat, or telephone.
Prior to approving withdrawal requests, Pohon4D requires Members to complete a KYC verification process. This typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian National Identity Card or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal processing.

The majority of deposits are credited to a Member's account in real time. In the event of a technical delay, please contact live support with your transaction reference. Pohon4D does not charge any fees on deposits, however your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.
By depositing funds, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the funds and that they originate from a lawful source. Pohon4D reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Members. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless a lower threshold is specified for a particular payment channel. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used to deposit funds unless approved otherwise by the Pohon4D compliance team.
Pohon4D targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods, technical maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on Pohon4D are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. By accepting or activating any bonus, a Member agrees to be bound by all relevant bonus terms.
Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (also referred to as "rollover") specifying the total bet volume that must be accumulated before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) is stated clearly within each promotion's terms page.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. As a general rule, slots contribute 100% of each bet staked, while live table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports bets may contribute at a rate determined by the applicable promotion terms. Game contribution rates are subject to change and are detailed within individual promotion terms.
When a Member has an active bonus balance, the maximum stake per bet or spin is capped at RM250 unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets in excess of this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
Bonuses that are not fully wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's balance. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation unless stated otherwise.
Pohon4D reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated bonus farming, hedging bets to guarantee bonus conversion, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose.
All bets placed on the Pohon4D sportsbook and casino products are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant product pages.
A bet is only accepted and valid once a bet reference number is issued and the corresponding stake has been deducted from the Member's account balance. Pohon4D reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
If odds are published incorrectly due to a manifest error (including but not limited to pricing system faults, human error, or data feed failures), Pohon4D reserves the right to cancel or void any bets placed at incorrect odds, with stakes refunded in full.
In the event that a sporting fixture is abandoned or postponed before the conclusion of the event, bets will be settled in accordance with Pohon4D's sport-specific settlement rules. In general, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes refunded unless 90 minutes of play have been completed for football fixtures.
Pohon4D offers live in-play betting on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other supported competitions. Live odds are updated in real time. In the event of a communication delay between the Member and Pohon4D's systems, a bet may be accepted or rejected based on odds valid at the time the bet is received on our servers, not the odds displayed at the time of submission.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pohon4D platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referal to appropriate authorities:
Pohon4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement, is engaged in prohibited conduct, poses a compliance risk to the platform, or has provided false information during registration.
In circumstances where an account is closed due to verified breach of these Terms, Pohon4D may retain any funds in the account as liquidated damages for losses incurred, subject to applicable legal requirements. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, any Real Money Balance will be refunded in full to the Member's verified payment method.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Pohon4D's support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member's verified bank account or e-wallet upon completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Pohon4D is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of player protection tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. All content on the Pohon4D platform, including but not limited to software, source code, graphic design, logos, trademarks, game content, text, images, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Pohon4D or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Pohon4D platform solely for their personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Pohon4D platform without express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pohon4D, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption to betting activities resulting from technical failures, or errors in odds or game results.
Pohon4D's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or related to these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with Pohon4D's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
Members who wish to raise a formal complaint should first contact Pohon4D's customer support team via live chat or by email at[email protected]. We aim to resolve all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, further escalation channels are detailed in our FAQ.
Pohon4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Pohon4D will provide reasonable notice to Members via on-site notification, email, or both. The revised Terms will come into effect on the date specified in the update notice.
It is the Member's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Pohon4D platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.1.
